The latest, and most effective protection for motorcyclists is the airbag vest. Once activated the airbag protects the upper body with reinforcement across the shoulders, chest, abdomen, spine and back. The system can be fitted integrally into a compatible suit or jacket, or alternatively as a separate item worn under an existing jacket. We chose the Tech-Air® system, from the Italian manufacturer Alpinestars, for a number of considered reasons. They are: maximum reliability of the electronically controlled system, very fast reaction and inflation times, optimum body coverage, ease of use, and last, but not least, it was essential for us, as a fully authorised service centre, to be able to deliver our customers complete support in the shortest possible time.
